Default Knock Sensor

Hi Guys

I am posting this on behalf of a close friend with limited access to internet,

My friend bought a 2000 model Peugeot 406 2lt, which is unfortunately not starting in which he was led to believe the knock sensor of the car is not functioning hence all the wires are cut off at the connector plug on the engine.

He had the vehicle at multiple car garages unable to assist and I tried finding a wiring diagram to trace the wires but with no luck could I find anything,

Any help would be appreciated.
