Talking Help - FAP dashboard indicator - problem ?

I'm based around north Hampshire and my 2.2HDI has a unusual fault.
Despite the FAP tank being refilled by the mail dealer around 5000 miles ago-
I've just got the centre dashboard indicator telling me its time for refill,- at the same time the DPF symbol (right of the speedometer) lights up. I've checked the FAP tank-still full and free of any obvious underside impact damage to tank, pipe connections, electrical connections and local wiring loom.

The DPF on the car also looks clean and damage free.
Mileage is 90K

Car is turning out 47mpg on motorway and running smooth.

I did run the car low on fuel and the indicators above, came on for the first time, after I drove away from a garage having filled up.

Please let me have your thoughts on what to check or who might offer me a sensible price to check / fix or re-set anything.

PS
Forum advice on changing back plates was top notch- all please accept my thanks - I got the new ones from Klokkerholm as suggested, renewed the rear hubs, cleaned/repainted the rear suspension and rebuilt the rear callipers in part- all very satisfying thanks to the forum. I saved a mint too

This might disappear after a few runs, if not then its time to get a session on Planet. If you don't have it then check the members Planet map on her for the closest to you.

Default fap refill required but not

at risk of sounding like a real pain do you know anyone with planet you could ask to contact me - I have left some messages but I'm not sure they got through as i need 20 posts before hand?. Just to confirm I'm not expecting an expert or hard facts (or a free job) but if a 'planet test' gives something of a heads up that's a start.
I'm going to guess the fuel pipe to / from the Fap tank is blocked or the injector in the tank is U/S. Before I drain the FAP tank and try and check hoses with an air line it would be great to have any kind of a lead.

Best regards

I'm afraid that getting your post count above 20 to allow you to send private messages is the only real way of contacting members on the Planet map. Visitor message are easy to miss as by default they don't result in notifications being sent to the recipient.
I would offer to help with my Planet diagnostics but I'm a bit far away!
