Default Hdi injector correction static

Hi there. Hope anyone can help with my 406 2.0 Hdi 90hp

The injector correction is -10 on all four whatever RPM it is. Not as much power as I would expect eighter. Is it the injector that is bad, or is something else missing? Or should it be static?

On PP2k the injector correction values are normally all over the place at idle but all snap into line when you put some revs on.
