Default camber angle

Does anyone know of a cheat way to adjust the rear camber angle on a 406 hdi 110? Had the 4 wheel tracking done last year and when changing wheel bearing yesterday noticed the inner edges are wearing quicker than the rest of the tyre. I know they are adjusted at the end of the rear track rod arm but by how much and is it possible to measure them with a plum line fixed to the body of the car? any ideas

This is usually caused by wear in the bushes in the little bar near the top of the rear suspension I believe this also adjusts it.

If its wearing badly the bar needs to go out a little towards outside of car assuming the bushes are ok

The camber cannot be adjusted, only the tracking by using the eccentric bolts to turn slightly.

Its possible the rear bushes, tie rods etc could have signs of wear.
