Default 406 - Idle pulley snapped of | DRIVE BELT help!

Car: Peugeot 406 1.8 Estate
Year: 2003
Engine: 116hk / 85kW

So the drive/aux belt snapped of together with the idle pulley.

I've marked which pulley in this image:

Can someone help me get the partnumber for this? and should I also at the same time order a new pulley for the upper part as well?

I also noticed that some video tutorials had a anti vibration spring connected to the no 10 pulley in the previous images. mine didn't have any spring, is this normal or do I need to get that spring as well?

Easily answered from the Service Box, but not with the engine details you gave. Please quote the last eight digits of the VIN.

Thank you a lot. I tried download the Service Box from 2013 as some people suggested in other threads but couldn't manage to do it.

The idle pulley aka Retractor Roller is 5751 60

The tensioner is 5751 61, and it would be best to replace it

For parts lookup, go to Service Box and register as an independent.
