Default What air filters in 308 II SW?

Hi,

would you please tell me, if you know, what air filters should I replaced in my 308?

My VIN is VF3LJAHXWFS124615.

On the Service Box I found the numbers:

1. 98 000 975 80 - AIR FILTER
2. 98 041 634 80 - PASSENG COMPART CARBON FILTER

Is there a Cabin Filter as well?

Thank you for any help,
Arek

The cabin filter or pollen filter as it's often called should be changed at least every two years I normally do it every year as it gets blocked and can cause heater blower to fail

Cabin filter = passenger compartment filter, if that's what you meant.

For the motor, the K&N filters work really well.

In theory they can go for 50k km + without maintenance;

thy give out a better air flow, so better mpg in normal use and a bit more power when you need it...

I always install one in my "new" cars.

Ive had them in 3 of my cars now, more than 500k kms overall, no problems whatosever because of poor filtering...of course you are free to decide on your own to use it or not, and you should keep proper maintenance on the filter.
My pug tepee 1.6 hdi (Euro 5 with DPF) ran 180k km in my hands never had an issue.

Do you have any evidence to back that statement up?
