Coolant message help needed
Peugeot 308 Coolant circuit level too low
My 308 1.6 petrol brings up this light and I don't seem to have any leakage but have to top up coolant everyday. What could be the cause and how do I resolve it. I just had the chain replaced on the car a month ago.

Hi this is a difficult one you could have an external or internal leak, the external leak could be slow and evaporating like a water pump gasket or radiator,ect..making it difficult to pin down dye could be used to trace, try not to use tap water to top up not recommended should be distilled water with antifreeze added,is the oil ok clear no discolouration i.e milky if so could be head gasket or cracked/warped head has car overheated?,i think a local garage could perform any or all of the following pressure/dye,gas,coolant test and cylinder compression test also hope that helps.
2017 Peugeot 308 1.2 110,Allure Silver.
