Default Alloy wheel help

Anyone help ? Alloy question

My car needs 7.5j X 16 5x108 et44 alloys and I've seen -

7X16 ET45 5X108 on eBay that I like.

Is there anyway they will fit my car ?

7" is slimmer so no problem in and of itself
Same bolt pattern on both, 5x108.
Just 1mm difference in offset, no problem (45 vs 44 will sit 1mm deeper 'into' the car, but rim is also is 1/2" narrower, half of that takes the inner edge outwards, away from any suspension components, so about 5mm gained clearance overall. Outer edge moves !/"+1mm (so ~7mm) in and away from the metal of the wing.

Main issue would be if the slimmer rim will take your tyre width w/o bulging. Here's a page discussing rim vs tyre width

I'd also double check the size of the centre hole (if bigger the difference can be taken up by rings) Too small will obviously not work.
