Default aircon gremlin

Hello
I have a 2017 308 sw 1.6 bluehdi. Good motor but now its annoying me. The aircon stops working properly after about half an hour or so when the air temp goes above about 30 C. It blows warm basically. After a pit stop it comes back on for ten minutes or so then fails again. Not too clever in this darned heatwave . Any ideas? Mileage is 62k

Cheers

Todd

It's under manufacturer warranty, it's your Peugeot main dealers problem.

My 308 did have a faulty aircon pressure sensor replaced under warranty.

I had poor aircon performance due to implausible sensor value.

Not true, it is not typical for any car unless there is a leak somewhere. Type of gas is not important, since AC is closed system.

All air-con needs servicing and gas checked..its a serviceable item...irrespective of vehicle marque..

That is true. But gas should not be lost if everything is in order. Servicing is mostly recommended to replace oil in the system.

Was there a mileage limit put on the warranty? Should be 3 years in the UK.
