Default 2017 Touch Screen Cracked

So today I managed to crack the touch screen on my 2017 308sw and now only half the touch screen works.

does anyone know A how to remove the screen and B can you just replace the screen or do u have to replace the whole unit.

I would probably look at doing an insurance job on that. You would probably struggle to get any parts others than new. eBay ones may or may not work depending on how they were removed. I can envisage the touch membrane isn't the strongest.

Ah ok - why don't you just get it done by an auto electrician? You could end up causing some other damage yourself. Might be cheaper and less risk...

According to my mechanic at peugeot Denmark, it should be pretty easy to get the screen and then radio out, by removing the screws in the air wents besides the screen. Can't try since my car is still in transfer from France. But will give it a go when I get it.
