Default whaen should cambelt be changed?

2009 1.6 hdi 110 bhp...........arnold clarke who have been servicing the car say not due untill 144k...........peugeot say 100k...........another peugeot dealer said 150k.............who's right?

Anyone know what the nut/bolt torque setting are when doing the waterpump,cambelt tensioner,idler pulley etc ?
what type of antifreeze is needed,any do's/dont's?

Where to lock engine etc when doing cambelt......ive done a clio dci,i used the torx bolt at the front to lock crank.....is the 308 the same?
