over the last week my car which 1.6 vti manual

has come up with message

parking not authorised engine running

I think you're mis-reading it - I'm almost certain the message was "Pairing not authorised engine running" - it relates to the bluetooth pairing for the hands-free kit - I saw the message myself when I was first trying to pair my phone to my 407 - I'm betting you have an RD4 stereo with a mono orange display....

i dont know what radio is in my car its 2011 308

i am pretty sure thats parking but not certain anymore its a message that comes on then off but if its relating to the bluetooth why is that coming when driving my phone already stored in cars bluetooth it pairs automatically but i know mine aint working right the signal comes and goes then completely goes off then comes back later so i dont know its a car i am not enjoying anymore with the issues it was treat to myself its gone sour the i think i will hand back or get them to replace the car as its not of reasonable qaulity
