Default Shuddering vibration floor board passenger side

Hi all,
I have an irritating thumping vibration coming through the floor board on the passenger foot well which is not noticed on the drivers side, As I very seldom sit in the passenger seat I do not notice it but the other day while being in the car as a passenger I noticed it for the first time. There is no shuddering on the steering wheel. Wheels are balanced. Anyone have any idea what this problem could be? This issue is not noticed at slow speeds and I only get it at highway speeds.

Thanks

Have you tried swapping wheels over? Or just sticking on the spare (if you have). That would be my first guess.
