Default Odd occurrence.

Morning folks.

On monday morning driving home from work, I thought I felt the occasional pause under acceleration, like the car was hunting, however I wasn't certain as it only happened a couple of times and felt very slight.

Tuesday morning, the same thing happening only more pronounced.
A definite jerkyness under acceleration between 1500 and 2000 revs.
I had a look under the bonnet and the single flexi-hose (SEE ATTACHED PICTURE) coming from the top of the air doser was pulsing, like it was being sucked inwards. The cooling fan was also running constantly while the engine was running, but turned off after I turned the engine off.

This morning, none of the aforementioned problems, the car seems to be running normally.

My only thought is, it going through a regeneration cycle....or trying too.
What are your thoughts folks.

doesn't the turbo kick in at 1800? could be a beginning of an issue here. i would get your planet on this and check the values...just in case, as you know turbos are pricey

Disconnect your EGR to see if that helps.

Already sent Tiko102 a PM about a planet scan, just waiting for a reply.

follow the air pipe that runs between battery and engine , black about 3inches in diameter , held in place with one screw, remove this look down at the back of engine and remove the furthest of the two plugs behind the fuel filter
