Default Help please

So I had the DPF light come on and I carried out the re-gen and the light came on 2 weeks later so I removed the dpf and cleaned it and fitted but the warning light has just come back on.

I've checked for faults using a scan tool vs600, and I have these codes
P2408, P1351, P1457,
I've looked at these codes and the remedys on the forum so I'm happy with what each individual code is but is there a fault that would cause all of these?

Also how much of a pain is it to change the glow plugs?

Sorry for not including the info and thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Unable to pull vacuum in tank may well mean the additive tank and its burst no additive no regen
The fuel cap sensor fault means the ecu is not seeing refueling again no refueling no regen

No codes for glow plugs this is highly unusual as most have glowplug faults

The 1351 code will be glowplugs you are obviously not reading it with something french compatible.

Basically fix all the faults then your DPF will regen itself the DPF is not the problem its all the other parts of the system stopping it regenerating

Cheers for the info.

I'm pretty sure I've got the right scanner.
