Default Engine Temperature Too High / Antipollution Faulty

Please help!

I have been having the same problem with my 2009 Peugeot 308 from September 2016. Every time I start the engine it automatically prompts me with the warning ?? message 'Engine Temperature Too High' and it tells me to 'STOP' and the fan kicks in trying to cool the engine down even though the car engine is stone cold as it has been sitting in my driveway overnight. I also keep getting another warning message saying 'Antipollution faulty' and the Engine Management light stays lit. Numerous mechanics have looked at it and they thought it was an issue with the cars sensors - ALL the sensors have been replaced but the problem remains. A Peugeot mechanic also checked the wiring but it all appears fine too. I don't know how resolve this. Has anyone else encountered the same problems? Does anyone know how to resolve this? I would be grateful for your advice? Thanks.
