Default clutch issue

hi, iv been having issues when pulling away in 1st gear with a loud juddering from what im guessing is the gearbox, its worse if pulling away on a hill, could this be just the clutch or could it be the flywheel, any help would be great, tia

Would help if you mentioned which model as they do vary.
Could be a clutch issue, but could be the DMF, if one is fitted.

Would definitely look at this and all other engine/gearbox mounts while you are at it. Dont do just a visual check on the mount though as it can look ok but can be shot. Use a lever/jack etc to push/pull the engine/box around and check for play in each mounting ESPECIALLY the underside one.
