Default Break discs and pads change

Hi

I will be changing front/rear brake discs and pads on my pug first time in my life so wondering if you can give me some advice. I've heard rear ones are quite tricky. I bought WD to spray on parts, do I need anything else?

Your help would be much appreciated.

thanks

you shouldn't need wd40 or any grease etc as grease and brakes don't go together.

you need spanners or a good socket set, axle stands, trolley jack, caliper rewind tool ( G Clamp or big monkey wrench thing ) to push piston back in & brake cleaner to clean the film of oil off the disks and that would be about it

so I didn't do it myself

but thanks to the Europarts deal (30% discount) I have spent only 240 for front and back discs and pads with labour
