Default Advice on tyre pressures after changing wheels.

Am just about to change the 18" wheels on my 308 to 16" fitted with Michelin Energy Saver tyres. The label on the doorpost advises that the tyres on the 18" wheels should be inflated to 2.6 bar. Should I keep the same pressures on the 16" wheels? Advice much appreciated.
