Default 308cc will not start

Hi,
308cc 1.6 petrol will not start.
Car ran ok went to get new tyres and the car would not start.
Have checked the fuel pump fuse and that seems OK.
Checked errors and none are showing.
Any help appreciated

Got the car to local garage.
They say the engine is flooded.

Engine is flooded BECAUSE it would not start its not the reason for it not to start !!

if you try start then turn ignition off but leave the key in and open the drivers door and if it does not beep to say key is in then its not reading the key

The problem ended up as the fuel lift pump had packed up.
