Default 308CC Hard Jolting when Changing Gears

I have an issue with my 308CC and cannot figure out how to solve it.
When driving the engine revs and there is a sudden jolt when changing into second gear from the first. This only happens when taking off from a red light and only after driving for more than 20 mins or so.

I have taken it to Peugeot and they have told me that there is nothing with the transmission and that it's trying to "learn" how I drive, even though I've been driving this car since 2013 and that the issue has been ongoing for the last 8 months. I thought maybe it would correct itself after a while but it hasn't.

This is quite annoying and I'm reluctant to drive it as I feel like I'm ruining the car. How can I fix this, is there a way to reset it?
