Default 308 headache

have a 2008 308 1.6 hdi ran perfectly for two years then started having problems with accelerator not working now starts revs to 1300 error messages now include signal one open circuit signal 2 open circuit have changed pedal and rewiredto ecu also now temp gauge reads normal ignition on but start engine immediatly goes to half way then right over cooling fan cuts in this also happens if temp sensor is disconnected

check for water in ecu plugs. water goes from coolant temp into ecu causing all sorts of problems
