Default 308 hdi 90 anti pollution system faulty

I am looking for some help with my 308
I had a fault warning message anti pollution system faulty and engine management light come on
I took it back to the dealership i bought the car from and they said it could be the turbo solonoid valve
The car wont rev over 3000 revs
it struggles up hills and has slow pick up
I took it and got a diagnostic check on it and it has come back with 3 fault codes
the codes are as followed po234, po100, po238
i just wondered if you had seen this before
I donít trust main dealers and am looking for a someone who might know what the fault is with having to spend a fortune on parts that might not fix the fault
as the dealer said the solonoid valve might not even fix it
Its a 2009 59 plate

Do a search on here for those codes and you'll see they're common. But not on such a new 308 I don't think.

I wonder if the previous owner just used the car for tottering around town. IMO the worst thing you can do with a diesel, and a potential box of faults for the next owner.

Default update

the car has now been to 4 garages
1 Peugeot dealer has said it could be solenoid valve but missed faulty fuel injector

2 fixed the fuel injector and tested the wastegate that the fault code said was faulty and that was fine

3 found no fault

4 said turbo was in need of replacing

please help has no one can seem to find the actual fault

car is a 2009 59 plate with 77000 miles on the clock

the car seems fine in low gears

when in 5th gear going up slip road on the motorway when gaining speed from 50/60 to 70 shows 27.6

can any one give me any help with this

this fault only occurred once he had some time off work and did some town driving

I then took it on the motorway and the fault happened when gaining spped

normally the car does 5 miles to get to motorway at 30mph then 40 miles on motorway then 10 miles of 30/40 roads

and the same back on an evening
