Smile 308 eolys issue

Advice please
We have a 308 which is 2.5 year old with 44k and the eolys bag has split, it's now been replaced and filled and the service light is now on. It's due a service in November so should the light be on already or is this down to the bag replacement which was done thursday.
The work wasn't carried out by a dealer.
Are there any other issues that could occur?

All advice appreciated

Take it back and get it checked out mate , they might have not configured the ecu properly, for the replacement off the bag if they havent got the pps this will be the case as other diagnostic equipment doesnt do this

Default Thanks

So basically if they don't have Pps (software) this will stay on?

Do you know Approx cost of having it reset?

Is it likely to cause other issues if it isn't reset?

If the bag split, and only 2.5yrs old, was this not covered under the warranty?

Yes I believe it to be but sadly someone made the decission to take it to a garage that has always done work on there other vehicles despite the advice being given....

Just hoping the resulting work isn't going to cause other issues
