Default 307 1.4 04 plate

Hi! I am going to have a look at a Peugeot 307 1.4 petrol today. It's done 86k, and had a recent service and cam belt done. Ibwas told by someone that the head gasket and clutch will need doing before 90k... Is this true? I don't have great knowledge of cars. Thank you in advance for any help.

Head gaskets do not have a set lifespan some last the life of the car others dont on this engine an oil leak is the main reason for replacement check for oil above the alternator.

Clutches wear out depending on the driver more than anything else but i would say it will be due a clutch soon if it has not already had one they can last between 50 and 120k miles depending on use my clutches last much longer than my wifes clutches for example
assume nothing check everything twice !!
