Default Twitching sound in fuse box while trying to start my 307

Hi guys , I got my car just two days agos and today I tried starting the car but it won't start and I hear some twitching sound in the fuse box and the light on the dashboard keeps going on and off. Pls help

Hi...first thing to check is the battery voltage...let us know and we will advise further..

Thanks so much, I just checked the battery n found that it's bad, replaced now and I'm happy.

Could be normal age death or induced by poor charging, which if remaining could reduce the life of the new battery.
Check the voltage across the battery with engine running at idle and around 2000 RPM
