Default Total Fluide synthetic oil

I would like to know members thoughts on this as it seems that the DA and LDS fluids are basically the same. The basic spec of both is PSA S71 2710 with the DA having this followed with MAN 3289 and Renault PSF Class 1 The characteristics of both fluids is identical on all 7 bullet points.
Now the DA fluid is specified for EHPS(electro hydraulic power steering systems) whilst the LDS is for hydraulic systems of Citroen cars equipped with HYDRActive 3. Both are orange in colour though one is slightly darker. Now DA is a lot dearer than the LDS and some members are reporting a shortage of this product anyway and mostly it comes from abroad. I am just about to replace my steering rack and would like to know your thoughts on the fluid as I have a full bottle of LDS and only a little of the DA due rack has a leak from one of the track rods into the boot.
