Default Replacing Drivers seat - Simple question !!

about to buy a replacement drivers seat for my 307.

how hard is it to do a direct "like for like" swap ?

what do i needc to unplug under the seat and is there any chance of an airbag issue as the seat has airbags.

thanks

pete

If you can change a wheel you should be able to change the seat it is a little more involved but nothing too complicated seat will most likely be held down by torx bits and the airbag plugs can be a bit difficult to release if you have not done them before just be carefull not to break the plugs or you will need to solder the wires together

Air bags do not blow up for no reason contrary to popular belief they are triggered by a power source unplugging them will not pop them

I did see a seat bag blown once by some ejit using a multimeter to test the pins

Doubt he will try that again

Its very easy, you dont need to disconnect battery or anything. You need a t40 torx bit to remove the four torx bolts holding the seat down....
