Default Recall Notice received today!!

So got a recall notice in the post today

Headed Quality Campaign ZXF

Details are that the spare wheel well drain may not be to the latest specification, this could allow water to be retained in the wheel well from normal use of the vehicle, such as opening and closing the roof or opening the boot in wet conditions

Peugeot will fit a new drain plug

Apparently the campaign was started on 27th April 2015
Only took over a year to let me know

Its ok they make it sound so insignificant but infact it is to stop the very serious issue of the roll hoop and airbags firing while driving !!

The boot fills with water which then fills the roll hoop ecu and in some cases destroys the car !!

Very insignificant issue
