Default Peugeot 307 sw 1.6 hdi 2004 - broke down help needed please !

Hello people
My Peugeot went into limp mode on the way to Selsey from Heathrow about 3/4 of the way there ,
I carried on driving until I reached selsey as I was on the way to a funeral ,
Anyway on the way home about 15 miles into the drive it lost all power and I told my sister to pull over as lots of smoke was coming out and I was worried it was the turbo

Anyway I got it home via a tow truck and plugged it in and done a global test it shows
Fault code

I remember seeing lots of dpf problems on it the diagnostic

I have just jacked it up and had a look and it's hissing big time from the dpf and it's black everywhere under the car and the turbo looks black too

It said no more regens allowed on the system

My question
Is the turbo gone as I can't here it and it won't rev over 3k revs and it's black

Can I just change the dpf for a used one and fit it and all will be good or is the car knackered

I have pics I will try and add them

It wont rev because your DPF is clogged full of crap

You may well have killed the turbo as if the DPF is not regenerating it will cause backpressure putting strain on the turbo and they are already under strain because they are too small !!
assume nothing check everything twice !!

Maybe, but I would go with a blocked DPF first, which can cause the P0299 fault with low boost. P1351 is a common fault when 1 or more glow plugs aren't working, needed with an active regen. I would take of the turbo air intake and give the spindle a wiggle, a tiny bit of movement laterally is normally, any more is not!
Assuming it's DPF (differential pressure readings in Planet would help confirm this as would a physical inspection), you could either replace it or attempt to clean it, but either way you need to sort the cause of the problem before driving with a new/cleaned DPF or your turbo will be next.
C1331 is abs related, probably a front sensor fault but not related to the limp mode.
