hello, new member here with a bit off a problem, my little 307 x-line has a clutch that is going and just wondering how easy it is for a DIY car man to do cheers .

It would depend on how much is in the way and whether you can get it from underneath or not. Whenever my brother has done a clutch he unbolts the gearbox bell housing from the car and pulls the engine out the top. When I did it on an old rwd alpha it was propshaft off, bell housing nuts off and we just slid it back and down. Either way once you factor in alignment tools. Making sure the clutch is assembled right and avoiding damage to the spline. I'd say it's not a job for the faint of heart. Or one enjoyed alone.

Do a search on the forum for "Clutch change". There are a couple of awkward bits like getting the drive shafts out etc
