Default Locking?

I have a 2L hdi 02 plate when I lock it with the remote all is fine and its locked, pull the door handle and its defo locked..
But if I press the button twice the horn sounds and it locks all doors but if I pull the door handle it unlocks on its own
Why does it do this? Thanks

Nop it just sounds the horn once and it is locked intill you pull the handle then you hear it unlock!
It's all ok if you only press the keypad once.
It don't matter as I only press it once to lock it but I just wanted to know why it sounds the horn then unlocks when you pull the handle...

two presses should lock, but then defeat the deadlocking IIRC. Are all doors open after the unlocking sound, or just one?

The horn on mine sounds when I press the lock button a second time, and the hazards flash quickly, like when unlocking but for much longer. I assumed that this was the car 'confirming' that it is locked. Dont recall that pulling the handle then unlocks it.
