HID kit.
Put 18 or 19 inch alloys with low prof tyres.
Tinted Windows.
Chrome strips around.
Lower the car, ( cheap lowering springs) through ebay.
Sports exhaust.

Default minor mods

How about footwell lights, and door release handle lights? My Mondeo had both, they're a nice subtle addition. I'm also thinking of some chrome/stainless steel strips along my jackpoint sills, mainly because the last owner of my 307 bent them to hell. Chrome bee-sting aerials are ok, but they get nicked. The Mondeo also had an option for a rechargeable torch that clipped into a charger mounted in the glove box, but I never found something like it.

Oh, and you can always paint the air vents P
