Default inner tie/track rod.

Hi Allo , can anyone tell me how to change the inner track/tie rod on a 2004 307 1.6 hdmi, i got the gaiters off and found the freeplay in the rack is coming from the inner tie rod ball and socket joints, i have read some where that these are replacable but there does not seem to be any way fo getting the old ones off,
Any help please.

HDMI is a cable your car is a HDi ,

any how to your question is how much play is there? ive replaced lots of track rod ends and the inner ones do have a bit of play normal all the one i have worked on passed the mot with no probs. if your getting noses from the front of the car as 307 are worse for it they could be down to your drop links and track rod ends not the inner arms, also your ball joint could be making the noises, i replaced the whole front of mine few months back and all the noises are gone feels good not hearing the creeking noses in the wet was the worse lol
