Its a drop link Joey. Its in a vertical position and is a thin metal bar or maybe plastic. Next to the suspension strut.

Normally a 17mm (maybe 15mm) bolt on either end. Undo and remove the bar. Refit the new one.

Piece of pee

If you are talking about your anti roll bar or link pin as its sometimes known its easy but pretty awkward, you have to place an allen key or torx into the end of the stud and then try to undo the 16 or 17 mm nut,but as they do become pretty corroded its sometimes easier to cut the nut heads off with an angle grinder with a metal cutting blade, but like i said its quite awkward, then its just a matter of placing the new bar and doing up the nuts. hope this helps.
