Default Help - PP2000 Fault readings on ECU

Hi

Having just bought a 2003 307 2.0L XSi I decided to do a diagnostoc check on PP2000 and it registered the following from the Engine ECU......

1. ENGINE ECU - Intermittent Fault - Control Unit - Potential Causes, Damaged connection or harness, Faulty Control Unit

2. ENGINE ECU - Intermittent Fault - Downstream Oxygen Sensor

Could someone help to explain these? I am assuming that the 2nd fault is the Lamda Sensor??

Any help gratefully received - the engine does have a misfire when cold.......

Thanks in advance

David

Cheers for that......I will do as suggested.

Glad to hear from you Bettyswallocks! As you can guess the old 406 is on its way......she wanted a 307 so got her a relatively sporty one - seems a cracking motor!
