Default Heater fan draw

Anyone know what the draw should be on a 307 heater fan ?
Just replaced the bit of loom and resistor and removed the fan at the same time to check it over. I know its a 40A fuse but its pulling 30A which seems very high for a little fan

TIA
Tony

According to this website the motor is 352watts

screen-shot-11-21-17-06-02-.jpg

basic calculation P=VI
so I=P/V
which would be 352w /12.6v =27.9amps where 12.6 is your battery voltage
with engine running 352w / 14.4v =24.4amps

so around 30amps isnt unreasonable
