Default Further (Minor) 307 probs - Key fob this time!

I've eventually become bored of opening the car using the key rather than the remote buutton.

When I bought the car the retailer put a new battery on the car, on the test drive the remote worked fine, although you could tell its battery was failing as you needed to be very close for it to work.

Picked up the car and the remote was not working. I think the retailer was not aware of the shut down process of the bSI

As the remote is still not working, is it a case of simply reprogramming the key on the planet system?

Ir so is there anyone near Durham and the costs involved?

Thanks for the help

I believe if I understand correctly involves turning a key that starts the car to the accessory position the holding the lock button on the remote for 10 seconds. That programs the remote.
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
