You need more info what engine what age readings from the DPF system there is much more to check

Fuel cap sensor working?
miles since last regen ?
how much additive can it see ?

Live data while running for airflow and boost would be useful too.

Start by answering the questions asked or at least the ones you can and then ask for help on the ones you can't

Ask the right questions get the right answers

If we dont know what engine how do you expect us to help you

You already have a thread running regarding this keep it to 1 thread asking the question in a different way wont get any different answers

You need someone with planet AND knowledge of DPF system to see what is REALLY wrong it cost time and money to fix neglected cars fluid usually lasts 80k on cars where they get refilled frequently due to owners not understanding how the system works.
fluid can last 150k miles on a properly driven car.

20 top ups are not good for DPF cars they should be run to empty then brimmed each time to keep the system happy.
