Default engine wont start AGAIN! HELP PLEASE

Following the car being out of action for near 3 months and just got it back it has went again with same issue.

First time was sitting with key in and battery went dead- turned out to be a BSI reset was required (Also had the ecu tested twice)

Friend had software diagnoise plannet in the car today to try to clear an Air bag fault when i had the ignition turned on during this, when to start was dead.

When and got a new battery and puled in, completed a test of closing dooor, disconnebting battery turning on side lights, holding the lock key for 10 secs etc etc but no joy wont start.

I had a number of faults up whilst the plannet was in and came up with P1404, P0380, P1421.
Would any of these faults be causing my issue?

Any help would be apprecaited, it maybe i need another bsi reset is there anyone who can do this apart from the dealers?

Google (and search at the top) is your friend

http://www.pikit.co.uk/peugeotmt/psa...p%20codes.html

and:

Procedure for Initialising the BSI after key learning
1. Disconnect the diagnostic tool.
2. Put the driverís window down, lift the bonnet and ensure all
equipment is switched off.
3. Ensure all doors are closed and remove key from the
ignition.
4. Wait for 3 minutes, disconnect the vehicle battery and wait
15 seconds.
5. Reconnect the vehicle battery, wait a further 10 seconds (do
not open doors.)
6. Switch on the side lights through the driver's window.
7. Switch on the ignition and check systemís functionality.
8. Hold lock button on key down for 10 seconds.
9.remove key open & close door test c entral locking system
10. Start the engine and complete the systemís check.
Failure to follow this procedure could result in incorrect operation of many
BSI related items.

Try the reset again.
i couldn't start my car after i disconnected the battery for a few hours, followed the procedure to the letter and the car turns over but won't start.
i did a quick battery disconnect/bsi reset and all was fine (after about 10 seconds disconnected) .
i didn't have any faults in planet and i think the bsi wasn't reading the transponder in the key. if that fails try to re-learn keys through planet.
i thought i'd fried the bsi phew!!
good luck

Whenever I do a BSI reset the driver's window will only go up in short bursts until I've put it down fully twice!
