Default Cracked Dashboard 307cc

Hi all.

Just got a 2007 year 307cc and it has a cracked dashboard around the passenger airbag line is.

Are their any fixes or companies that anyone can recommend?

Thanks in advance

James

Reading your post made me look it up on line.
I found this. I suppose the materials can be found in the UK, but being near the air-bag the gluing may affect the operation of it.

I saw this once on a 307 I was thinking of buying. There was a split about a couple of inches long on the passenger dashboard airbag, really put me off buying.

And I guess if you set off the airbag the entire dash is ruined.

Hi Gibbo

Yes, this is exactly where it has gone on mine. I hope that I can get it fixed without ruining the whole dashboard!

Thanks for your reply - I will have a look at the Bimmer forums and see what I can do...I dont relish the idea of replacing the whole dashboard!

Default Uptons of St Leonards

I have been recommended to a place in St Leonards on Sea called Uptons so I am off there tomorrow to see if they can help me out.

Will post my news when I have it.

Cheers
