Default Clutch problem

Hi people.i have a strange problem.i broke down and aa man said was the clutch slave cylinder.so I bought a new slave cylinder and a master cylinder as got advised to.the gears would not engage and when it did I had to put it in gear and start car up to get it going.however changed both cylinders and bled clutch.clutch and gears are fine when engine is not started but as soon as I start engine gears won't engage.does anyone know what the fault could be?

Probably a bubble of air between the cylinders. Try lots of pumping between each bleed action.
