Default Antipollution fault + several electrical issues

Hello and happy new year.
I am new member and as I have already mentioned in my introductory message, I have been disappointed with several mechanics not solving or even causing more troubles, I turned to the DIY route. I have a Haynes manual (unfortunately not that good for electrical circuit) and an economical odb reader

I have a 2004 Peugeot 307 1.6 petrol and it shows several electrical issues.
Unfortunately there isn't anybody around with a Peugeot planet that would probably help a lot.

First of all I have MIL on and antipollution fault. The cheap reader gives P0134 and P0135. I know that is not read with Peugeot planet, but perhaps you could give a lead. The O2 sensor has been replaced but the MIL keeps coming back. Also let me note that when I stream the readings of the o2 sensors I get voltage measurements but sensor 2(not 1) sends 0V, although the error is for sensor 1.

Second issue is that randomly, while moving the car hesitates for a couple of seconds and then comes back to normal

Third issue, the rear wiper stopped working after a service the have done, replacing the BSI unit for A/C malfunction ( Peugeot specialist...)

Forth issue, rear window heater stopped working a couple weeks ago (I suppose it is some wiring because I hear the relay and also the engine revs down momently)

Fifth issue (perhaps not of consideration) some times the radio starts playing as soon as I unlock the door.

Finally I have the flasher stalk issue but I am pending the plastic part for refurbishing.

That's all for now. Any help or tip is more than welcome.

Thanks in advance and sorry for the long post

Most of your issues sound to me to be associated with the BSI. You need planet to properly read Peugeot codes and then use the live data system to check. Buy the discs and load them on the appropriate platform as advised on this forum.

The BSI was replaced about a year ago for the A/C.
The MIL was coming intermittently even before the BSI replacement, but the guys there that had read the ECU had told be that it was giving just the sensor and because it was intermittent it was possibly due to bad contact but in order to be able to fix it it should be permanent to short it out

I know that it would be appropriate to read it with Peugeot planet but there is no one around and probably here only dealers have such .

Would have been better if you had told the whole story first as it appeared it had just been replaced. The more relevant info the better when asking people to diagnose blind.
You can buy the discs for planet off the ebay.

Sorry for the missleading.
With just the disk I can use any diagnostic?
It was my understanding that it was hardware specific.
Also, over the internet I saw that there are fake ones that don't cover all vehicles correctly.

They are ALL fake even the ones that work

People who say it wont work properly are just copying other peoples listings but in reality they ALL work on ALL cars if they are installed properly.

You mean that any hardware will work, even the cheap elm327?
Thanks

No, any Lexia3 clone. The Peugeot Planet or Diagbox software will only work with that.

Search Ebay for "Lexia3".

See the FAQ for more:

Any cheap Bluetooth reader will give you the codes just not the right description as the code is universal but will still be valuable to diagnose certain systems. Planet will not only give you codes but an almost endless amount of functions and live data parameters and accurate descriptions for the model your connecting to. It can also programs certain systems.
