Have you had the full wheel geometry checked?

Has the bar worn where the bushes grip it?

i think I know why the arb keeps moving***. I have just looked on Peugeot service box and it states that the arb bushes are suppose to have to flat edges inside and which fit with the flats on the roll bar I put uprated bushes which said they where for the car but don't have them . so it doesn't stop lateral movement

but I have had a full wheel alignment

Seems to me that they need replacing with the standard ones then!

Just had the same problem, old bushes had no flats. New bushes did and it's not moved now for 2 weeks. Also found that there was 3 sizes, mine was 21mm dia.
