Default 307CC sunroof fault: ECU supply voltage outside operating range

Hi, I am having issues with roof opening. Basically it does not open or close in one go. You press the button, it goes some way (half or third) and then stops. You must release the button and hit it again for closing/opening to continue. So basically it takes at least 2 separate "hits" to close or open sunroof.
Would be no big deal, but I am nervous if one day it will not close or open in the middle of process and I will be stuck with half open roof (not to even mention rain situation when you need to close and get stuck )

The fault that I get via diagnostic is:
ECU supply voltage outside operating range

Any idea on how to fix it?
Thanks
