Default 307 sw help

Hi folks i need some help with my 52 plate 307 (2.0) sw , I was heading to work the other day and it just cut out on me , There was no signs or warnings of this happening i was travelling about 40mph and it just died on me , The engine turns over but wont start .

I had someone plug in there snap on diagnostic machine but it wont communicate with the ecu .

I need the car for work so im asking for some help if anyone has had this problem and can help me.

Hi ,, Sorry mate i thought it was showing where im from ,,, Anyways im from clackmannan but my car is in the work carpark in a town called throsk which is just outside Stirling.

Well i think i found the problem of starting ,,, i dont have a manual and think its number 8 fuse that keeps blowing as soon as i turn the ignition on.

What is this fuse for ?
