Default 307 cold morning starts

Have just started a new job and having to rise alot earlier than usual. Car has struggled to start last few morning, bit stuttery. Cant afford to miss or even be late for this job. Just wondering what I should do to make it a little more reliable in the morning. Should I change glow plugs or even the battery.....

Probably worth testing the battery first, but I have always cured cold start issues with a long battery recharge or a replacement.

My Hdi is a little reticent to start on icy mornings but I am just putting that down to it being a Diesel.
