Unhappy 2005, 307 1.6 HDI Sport. White smoke, over revving after changing injectors

Hello All,

Please can you help me, I've spent sooo much money so far trying to fix this.
Made sure that injectors are programmed.

I have plugged a Solus Pro 13.4 into the car and I have the following error codes :-

P1445 - Permanent Fault. Additive System Quantity of Additive Too High
P2408 - Additive System Fuel Tank Cap Presence sensor
P1442 - Additive System Additive Adding Impossible Or Additive level fault
P0490 - EGR electro - valve stuck during programming
P0401 - Air inlet circuit fault. Air flow lower than setting
P1162 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation COHERANCE
P0409 - EGR electro - valve position copy signal. Valve stuck during programming

Really need to have the car read with ppk2000 as generic readers are not usually trustworthy.
