Default 2.0 hdi snapped cam belt

Hi, this is my first post on this site and am asking for help already .
I have a 307 2.0 hdi 90 bhp, the cambelt snapped on my dad on the m11 on the way to Essex, so I took new cambelt, aux belt and 8 rocker arms done to repair it at is work, got it all times up new rocker arms in al back together nicely but it will not start now.

Am I right in guessing that the cam shaft pulley will be a woodruff key pulley? And could have snapped ?

So when Iv pinned it all up the timing could be wrong as the cam shaft pulley has moved round the cam shaft ?

Could this be correct? And advice/help would be great full as am traveling back down to Essex from Doncaster on Wednesday to try again to to get it working .

these normallly break rockers instead of bent valves if you do a search useing the search bar its well spoken about

so new rockers carries and a belt job done also change the aux belt as well

you also might be 180 degrees out on the timming

I don't think there's only one place to pin it up on the fly wheel and one the cam shaft..
