Default Peugeot 306 handbrake cables

Hi there could anyone advice me on a problem that ive got ive replaced my handbrake cables but i have noticed that one handbrake cable is longer than the other is this correct or have i been sold the wrong cables

any infomation would be very helpful

Hi!
I changed on the Garros a short while ago. It has disks all around.

On this model the one was longer than the other..

Reason why iam asking is that i wasnt to sure about it and i can find anything in the haynes book about the cables only how to replace them

Hi, I just looked on service Box and they are different lengths.

They are different part numbers for rear discs or drums, so I copied both for you.

Take a look here for info - I hope its useful to you

thank you very much for the info guys i now know what i have done wrong ive got the cables on the wrong way round the shorter cable should be the on drivers side and longer cable should be passenger side
